Expertise: At every step Donielle provided superior service. As someone who’s super detail oriented and easily stressed when those details are lacking, I appreciated the fact that Donielle provided the most essential, detailed information. My very limited knowledge of wedding planning was not a challenge for her at all. If we didn’t know how to answer questions about our preference for theme, style, floral arrangements, and other essentials and accents, she asked good leading questions that allowed us to think through and eventually discuss and decide what we wanted.

Work Quality: The quality of her work was truly the best. I would send her a picture of something I liked from Pinterest and in a matter of days, she would provide a quick sample for approval.

Punctuality: She presented is with a timeline at the beginning of our 5 month planning process and helped keep us on schedule. As teachers, it was helpful to have those smaller deadlines so that it didn’t seem to overwhelming as we also had to focus of professional goals for our students. Her timeline made a daunting task much less stressful. Also, I was impressed at the fact that her schedule for the wedding down to the minute. Our venue was booked for a specific timeframe, so we appreciated the fact that she was able to ensure that we maximized the time we had the venue.

Responsiveness: There was NEVER a time that I texted Donielle for ANYTHING, large or small, that she didn’t respond to immediately. I was consistently impressed by not only the quickness of her responses but also the quality of her responses. Each response was well thought out, intentional, and caring during the entire process. The night before the wedding, I had a minor freak out moment at 1am because somehow the steamer was left behind. I texted Donielle, and she responded immediately saying she’d take care of it. She arrived to our villa with the steamer that morning at 7am!

Professionalism/ Value: At EVERY step of the way, Donielle’s professionalism was unmatched. She compiled a vendor list, contacted and found vendors, and liaised with vendors and venue personnel. Her assistance was truly invaluable. For the level of service she provided, we received WAY more than we asked for or could have imagined receiving. She’s the absolute BEST!
